Just like the Twist-O-Flex, the Neck-O-Flex isolates one part of your body from the rest. The name Neck-O-Flex actually reveals that the part of the body seperated is.... YOUR NECK. With just three simple movements, it's one of the easiest turning techniques to learn and widely used:
Neck Isolation: Begin by isolating your neck muscles. Keep your shoulders and upper body still while focusing solely on your neck movements.
Flex your head: Tilt your head to the left side, bringing your left ear towards your left shoulder. Feel a gentle stretch along the right side of your neck. Hold this position briefly to emphasize the flex.
Turn your body: Slowly bring your body to side that your neck is facing.
Do not turn quickly like a Turing machine. Do it slowly. Ensure that your neck is completely isolated from your body. If you are a beginner, it is better to do your neck isolation and your body turning in four separate beats: two for the neck, two for the body.
Add a pop into your turning. Practice popping on your neck; there are lots of muscles that you can use.
FOR BEGINNERS: Putting your arm up in the turning process will be helpful for you to know which side your body is facing.
Some variation are easy to add into this process. This is just some example, use your imagination.....
