To be honest, the chapter on "advanced leg" is too limited in terms of elements, whereas numerous legworks do not have their own set of elements, but they are extremely helpful in improving the quality of dancing. I will share a few useful collections of popping legworks. Follow them and practice, then it is your time to create your own.
Also, I didn't mentioned wave much in this website. Cuz there are too much possible option for you to do body wave and arm wave. Following video may provide some inspirations:
